COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
IN A POT SAUTE ONION,GARLIC,GINGER AND CHICKEN UNTIL BROWNED.
ADD IN COCONUT MILK
SIMMER FOR 5 MINS.
ADD PAPAYA ,PATIS COOKED FOR 8 MINS. OR UNTIL PAPAYA IS TENDER.
ADD IN CHILI LEAVES AND CHILLIES.
IN SOUP BOWL ARRANGE COOKED RAMEN.
THEN USING A LADLE .FILL THE BOWL WITH THE SOUP THAT WE MADE.
FILL THE BOWL WITH OUR PREPARED SOUP .
ADD TOPPINGS AND SERVE HOT.
