I made this recipe quick and simple, inspired by pad thai recipe.In cooking you can do whatever you want you don’t need to be précised on everything. Don’t be afraid to infused different flavors from one culture to another, surely you will come –up with a delicious meal to serve to your family and friends.
Ingredients:
¼ kilo pancit canton
1 piece medium sized-carrot, stripped
5 pcs. Chicken balls
3 pcs.Chicken cutlets
1 medium sized onion, minced
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup celery, chopped
1 cup peanut, coarsely ground
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup oyster sauce
1-2 tbsps ground pepper
1 liter chicken stock or 1 liter of water dissolved with 2 chicken cubes
Cooking Instructions:
In a wok, pour chicken stock, soy sauce, oyster sauce and ground pepper. Bring to rolling boil then add the canton and celery. Simmer until cooked. Set aside.
In the same wok, saute onion and garlic chicken balls, chicken cutlets. Add the rest of the vegetables and peanut. Stri-fry until veggies are cooked. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over prepared noodles and serve.
