INGREDIENTS
1 ½ KG. WHOLE CHICKEN
¼ CUP GRATED GINGER
1 TBSP. FISH SAUCE
2 PCS. CHICKEN CUBES
1 CUP UNRIPED PAPAYA (GREEN), PEELED, DICED AND BOILED
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
WASH CHICKEN AND PAT DRY.
IN A BOWL COMBINED GINGER, FISH SAUCE AND CHICKEN CUBES MIX IT
RUB THE CHICKEN WITH THE MIXTURE WE MADE AT STEP 2.
AFTER RUBBING CHICKEN .FILL CHICKEN WITH BOILED PAPAYA.
TRANSFER TO A ROASTING DISH.
BAKED IN THE OVEN .
BAKED AT 350 DEGREES FOR 60-90 MINS. OR UNTIL ITS DONE.
ENJOY SERVE WITH RICE.
