I made this this simpler, to suit Filipino taste buds,Teriyaki, in Japanese cuisine, foods grilled with a highly flavored glaze of soy sauce and sake or mirin (sweet wine). Garlic and fresh ginger are sometimes added to the mixture. In westernized Japanese cooking, the teriyaki sauce is frequently used as a marinade as well as a basting sauce. Beef, chicken, and fish are commonly prepared teriyaki style.

INGREDIENTS

½ KILO CHICKEN THIGH FILLET, REMOVE SKIN

1 TBSP. GINGER, MINCED

½ CUP SOY SAUCE

1 ½ CUP RICE WINE

¼ CUP BROWN SUGAR OR HONEY

4 TBSP. SESAME OIL

CANOLA OIL AS NEEDED

TOASTED SESAME SEED

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

 

IN A BOWL MIX GINGER,SOY SAUCE,RICE WINE,SUGAR.SESAME OIL. AND ADD IN OUR CHICKEN FILLET TO MARINADE

 

 

 

 

IN A FRYING PAN .FRY CHICKEN UNTIL BROWN THEN ADD IN THE MARINADE MIXTURE UNTIL IT THICKENS .

 

 

 

 

TRANSFER COOKED CHICKEN ON A PLATE.

 

 

 

 

THEN GLAZED WITH THE MARINATED SAUCE THAT THICKENS

 

 

TOP WITH SESAME SEED.
