½ KG.CHICKEN,CUT INTO SERVING PIECES

1 TBSP.PATIS

1 CUP GATA  (COCONUT MILK)

1 CUP WATER

1 PC. SAYOTE

½ DAHON SILI (CHILI LEAVES)

 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

 

SAUTE ONION,GARLIC AND GINGER.

 

 

 

ADD IN CHICKEN ,BROWN IT TO INFUSE FLAVOR.

 

 

 

THEN ADD COCONUT MILK, SAYOTE AND PATIS SIMMER FOR 10 MINS.

 

 

 

ADD CHILI LEAVES SIMMER FOR 3 MINS.OR UNTIL ALL THE INGREDIENTS IS COOKED.

 

 

TRANSFER TO A BOWL AND SERVE WITH STEAMED RICE.
