1 CUP COCONUT MILK
1 TBSP.YELLOW CURRY PASTE
1 PC. LEAKS,SLICED
1 PC.CARROT, 1-INCH CUBES
1 PC. POTATOES,1 INCH CUBES
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
IN A PAN SAUTE CHICKEN ,POTATOES AND CARROTS .
ADD IN COCONUT MILK AND CURRY PASTE, LET IT SIMMER FOR 8 MINS. OR UNTIL ALL INGREDIENTS IS COOKED.
WAIT UNTIL THE SAUCE THICKENS,THEN ADD ONION LEEKS.
TRANSFER INTO SERVING PLATTER AND ENJOY.
