1PC. ONION ,THINLY SLICED

¼ KG CHICKEN BREAST FILLET

1 CUP WATER

1 CUP PAPAYA

1 CUP CHILI LEAVES

HOT CHILIES AS NEEDED

PATIS TO TASTE

250 GRAMS RAMEN NOODLES,COOKED AL DENTE

1 PC. HARDBOILED EGG

 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

 

IN A POT SAUTE ONION,GARLIC,GINGER AND CHICKEN UNTIL BROWNED.

 

 

 

ADD IN COCONUT MILK

 

 

 

 

SIMMER FOR 5 MINS.

 

 

 

ADD PAPAYA ,PATIS COOKED FOR 8 MINS. OR UNTIL PAPAYA IS TENDER.

 

 

 

ADD IN CHILI LEAVES AND CHILLIES.

 

 

IN SOUP BOWL ARRANGE COOKED RAMEN.

 

 

THEN USING A LADLE .FILL THE BOWL WITH THE SOUP THAT WE MADE.

 

 

 

FILL THE BOWL WITH OUR PREPARED SOUP  .

 

 

 

ADD TOPPINGS AND SERVE HOT.
