THIS CHICKEN BARBECUE IS MY SIMPLIFIED VERSION, EASY TO COOK FOR MY FAMILY.WITHOUT COMPROMISING FLAVOR , MY KIDS LOVE THIS ESPECIALLY ON SUNDAYS WHERE WE HAVE FAMILY LUNCH.

 

INGREDIENTS

½ KG. CHICKEN, CUT INTO CUBES

¾ CUPS SOY SAUCE

1 ½ CUP TOMATO SAUCE OR BANANA CATSUP

½ CUP BROWN SUGAR OR HONEY

¼ CUP CALAMANSI JUICE

2 TBSP CANOLA OIL

GROUND BLACK PEPPER

½ CUP LIQUID SEASONING

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

 

MIX SOY SAUCE,TOMATO SAUCE,BROWN SUGAR, CALAMANSI JUICE,LIQUID SESONING IN A BOWL.THIS WILL SERVE AS OUR MARINADE.

 

 

THEN ADD IN THE CHICKEN AND MARINADE OVERNIGHT .KEEP IT IN THE REFRIGERATED COVERED WITH PLASTIC WRAP

 

 

AFTER MARINATION SEPARATE THE CHICKEN TO THE MARINADE

 

 

 

 

IN A SAUCE PAN ,ADD IN THE MARINADE OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL IT THICKENS.

 

 

 

BRUSH CHICKEN WITH THE THICKEN MARINATED SAUCE BEFORE GRILLING.

 

 

 

 

MAKE SURE TO PRE HEAT YOUR GRILL BEFORE ADDING YOUR CHICKENS.

 

 

 

GRILLED CHICKEN. DO NOT OVER CROWED IT TO HAVE EVEN COOKING SERVE.
